About the role
As a Senior Talent & Performance Specialist, you will play an important role in shaping how we identify, develop and grow our people and future leaders. You will help us strengthen our global talent and performance practices, ensuring they are simple, relevant and impactful for our employees, managers and business. The role combines hands-on work with data and analytics, process co-ownership and stakeholder management.
You will help answer key questions such as: Do we have the right talent and a robust bench strength for the future? How can we strengthen performance and create meaningful opportunities for growth? Working closely with HR colleagues, leaders and stakeholders globally, you will turn data, insights and business needs into practical solutions and actions that
make an impact.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
• Own and improve global talent management and succession processes.
• Support talent identification, development, internal mobility and leadership pipelines.
• Own the annual performance management cycle and talent review cycle and continuously improve the process.
• Use talent and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn them into actionable insights.
• Develop practical tools and deliver workshops and guidance to support managers and employees in talent, performance and development conversations.
• Leverage Power BI, Excel and other analytics tools to support data-driven people decisions.
• Partner on Workday and HR technology improvements within talent and performance.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted partner to HR colleagues and business leaders.
• Translate complex talent and performance topics into simple, practical solutions and enable adoption through communication and workshops.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives, including Inclusion & Diversity and onboarding, where relevant.
This position will be location in Lund (Sweden). Additional locations can be our offices in Søborg (Copenhagen) or Flemingsberg (Stockholm).
Who you are
We are looking for a pragmatic, analytical and impact-driven HR professional with several years of relevant experience in talent, performance, people development or a related HR discipline.
You are comfortable with hands-on operational work, take ownership and can work independently. You are structured, precise and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn people data into clear insights and practical actions. You are proactive, curious and collaborative, with strong stakeholder and communication skills and a genuine interest in improving how we
work
What you know
• Experience with talent and/or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel; Power BI
• Experience with HRIS (Workday is a plus).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must, any other language is plus.
