About the Role
Dexterity is seeking an experienced Senior Talent & People Operations Partner to join our People team during an important stage of growth.
The primary focus of this role is Talent Acquisition You will own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across engineering, product, operations, customer-facing, and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent.
We're looking for someone who brings more than recruiting expertise. The ideal candidate has worked in a fast-moving environment where they've also gained practical experience across People Operations and the employee lifecycle. As capacity and business needs allow, you'll help support broader People initiatives and day-to-day HR needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable moving between recruiting priorities and broader People needs.

Compensation
Base pay is one component of Dexterity's Total Rewards package, which may also include equity, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other incentives depending on eligibility.
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000–$170,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and overall qualifications.
Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, market factors, and internal equity considerations.
