The Role: Senior Talent Partner

Location: Canada

Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) to join our growing team, embedded within a leading SaaS software company in United States that specialises in procurement, spend management, and invoicing solutions.

This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for someone passionate about sales hiring, collaborative by nature, and hands-on in their approach. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders to hire go-to-market talent, sales professionals who manage complex enterprise deals, often selling directly to CFOs and finance leaders

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience hiring for (Sales & Professional Services) in SaaS or Enterprise Tech.
  • A strong track record recruiting in US.
  • Confidence working with senior sales leadership in high-growth environments.
  • Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
  • Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
  • Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles
  • Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product
  • Passion for Technology with a solid understanding of sales cycle
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
