We’re looking for a Senior Talent Digital Manager to lead our Talent Digital Innovation team from our head office at St Mary Axe in the City of London, working 3 days in the office & 2 at home, on a salary of £65,000 to £70,000. You’ll join Talent Development & Digital, reporting to our Group Head of Talent Development.
Talent Digital Innovation brings HR systems & learning technology together for c.3,000 colleagues, from the north of Scotland to the south coast. If you’ve built your career as a Senior HR Systems Manager or Learning Technology Manager & you’re ready to lead both, this role brings them under one roof. You’ll make sure every system keeps improving long after go-live, & build a mobile-first learning app on top of Thrive, our learning platform.
