Job Summary

The Sr. Talent Delivery Manager leads the execution and delivery of NAPA’s enterprise talent and learning programs. This role translates talent strategies and program designs into consistent, scalable experiences across the organization and ensures programs are delivered with quality, operational discipline, and measurable impact. The role leads instructional design and facilitation resources and partners across Talent, People, and the business to drive effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and development to instructional designers and facilitators.
• Leads and coordinates instructional design and facilitation resources to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Manages program schedules, capacity, resources, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple initiatives.
• Partners with Talent program owners to clarify objectives, audiences, outcomes, and delivery requirements.
• Ensures learning content and experiences are practical, consistent, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
• Partners with business and People leaders to support successful program launches and adoption.
• Uses participation, learner feedback, performance data, and other measures to evaluate delivery effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement, simplification, and scalability of Talent delivery practices.
• Manages external learning partners and vendors as needed.
• Ensures end-to-end delivery of enterprise talent, learning, and leadership programs.
• Translates program strategy and design into scalable implementation and delivery plans.
• Establishes delivery standards, processes, tools, and operating rhythms across Talent programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, learning, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, talent management, program delivery, instructional design, or related areas.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale learning or talent programs.
• Demonstrated program/project management capability across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, and learning technologies.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• People leadership experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, organizational development, learning, business, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning and talent program delivery in a large, complex organization.
• Experience leading instructional design and facilitation teams.
• Experience leveraging learning technology, data, and analytics to improve program effectiveness and scale.
• Experience managing external learning partners and vendors.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and change initiatives.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
