Responsible for continuously bringing new ways of thinking to identify, attract and recruit diverse talent in their assigned portfolio. Improves the quality, accuracy and time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the Company.

5+ years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience managing and recruiting for 60+ requisitions.
Demonstrated excellent skills with follow-through and a strong attention to detail orientation.
Expert problem solver - sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
Possess a high level of integrity, demonstrating the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills - including active listening skills.
