– Talent Advisor Specialist LATAM

As a Talent Advisor Specialist – LATAM, you will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the region. You will deliver full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in hiring outcomes. This role includes a strong component of IT recruitment, while also supporting a broader portfolio of professional and business positions across LATAM.

You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across LATAM, managing requisitions from intake to offer
• Support a diverse portfolio of roles, including IT positions, as well as functional and business hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent strategies, market insights, and hiring plans
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
• Manage multiple requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience
• Use data and tools to monitor performance and improve recruiting effectiveness
• Contribute to pipeline development for recurring and business-critical roles

The Essentials – You Will Have

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a regional/LATAM scope
• Experience hiring for IT roles and professional profiles (not limited to technology)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong stakeholder management

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience recruiting across LATAM markets
• Knowledge of Workday or similar ATS
• Portuguese
