As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by developing and executing strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership to build a strong talent pipeline, enhance the candidate experience, and implement best-in-class hiring practices. A core focus of this role is ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process, as you are the primary recruiter for home office (corporate) and field management roles.

**This role is currently temporary (up to 6 months), and may have the opportunity to go permanent!

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop and implement plans to fill assigned roles, including high-priority, senior-level, corporate, and early-career roles across the company. Build robust talent pipelines for various roles. Utilize data and metrics to drive strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring continuous recruitment process improvement and hiring efficiency.
• Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure seamless, positive candidate experience through effective communication, transparency, and personalized engagement at every stage of the interviewing and hiring process. Utilize and provide data to continuously improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Change Management: Assist with day-to-day guidance and direction on recruitment policies and procedures, championing an environment that promotes all Champions Group brands as a premier workplace. Recommend and lead projects related to system and process training. Champion and lead changes across multiple divisions. Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruiting outcomes and improve team efficiency.
• Talent Planning: Collaborate with TA team members, HR, and other internal stakeholders to define current and future hiring needs, establish job requirements, and ensure pay equity across roles. Provide consultation and guidance on workforce planning and talent strategies. Assist with developing and auditing job ads, interview processes, talent activity reports/metrics, and other talent-related activities.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Frequently audit job postings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong, demonstrated ability to manage a req load or 15-20.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for various roles, including senior-level, leadership, and corporate roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, recruiting and advertising tools, and applicant tracking systems. Greenhouse highly preferred.
• A passion for emerging TA technology and evolving the practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to fair hiring practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Experience in managing complex recruitment projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range

$55—$60 USD
