Dornier changed kidney stone care by inventing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), performing the world's first treatment in 1980 and replacing open surgery with a non-invasive standard. Today Dornier MedTech is a global urology company headquartered in Germany, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced MedTech Holdings backed by Temasek, with more than 500 employees and a presence in over 100 countries.
Dornier MedTech America (DMTA), based in Kennesaw, Georgia, sells and services laser systems, lithotripters, urology imaging and single-use endourology devices to urologists, hospitals and surgery centers nationwide. The U.S. team has doubled in headcount over the last five years to more than 170 employees, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a newly created role, added so DMTA can keep hiring at that pace.
Job Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist builds and runs DMTA's full cycle recruiting program, owning requisitions across every part of the business. Sales and other revenue-generating roles will be a significant portion of the workload, but this role supports all of DMTA's hiring: office and administrative positions, field service engineers, warehouse and manufacturing roles, and the occasional senior-level search. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and works day to day with DMTA's HR team.
You will replace purely reactive requisition filling with proactive pipelines, keep the applicant tracking system (ClearCompany) clean and reportable, and deliver reliable recruiting metrics to Sales, Operations, and HR leadership. Field service is a particular priority: these are specialized, travel-heavy national roles where a bench has to be built before the opening exists.
This is a foundational opportunity to build out DMTA's recruiting function and help us hire quickly as they grow.
