In partnership with TA/HR Leadership, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will implement recruitment strategies that provide a best-in-class candidate experience, providing full cycle support from the initial sourcing/application phase through offer. The TAS will partner with hiring managers to evaluate skill levels, drive interview best practices, negotiate competitive offers, document selection activity, and disposition all candidates. Establishing stakeholder partnerships deeply rooted in trust and collaboration is essential. The TAS will proactively develop and mine talent pipelines to produce a slate of high-quality candidates by utilizing enhanced social media sourcing techniques, networking, prescreening, and interviewing. The TAS will serve as a subject matter expert by developing a strong foundation related to BILH business operations and workforce market data, providing insight to leadership and stakeholders to improve performance to meet/exceed goals.

Market Knowledge:Identifycandidateand market trendstofine-tuneoverall competitive strategiesfor sourcing and hiring talent.
Vacancy Management:Ensure vacancy management is properlymaintainedfor reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GEDrequired Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3years of recruitment or relevantexperience experience in high volume recruitmentpreferred.
Prior experienceusingapplicant-tracking systems.Workdayexperiencehighlypreferred.
General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.

Pay Range:
$105,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
