Job Summary:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, deliver TA metrics/reporting, and drive employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring
• Experience with hiring blue collars and/or in FMCGs is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong data/Excel skills for reporting and analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in conducting CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly

Key Success Metrics

• Time-to-fill within target SLA
• Offer acceptance rate ≥ 85%
• Quality of hire (post-6-month retention/performance)
• Employer brand engagement metrics (follower growth, applicant volume)
