As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across MRI Software’s North America business while being based in the Philippines. This role partners closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders to drive full-cycle recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and provide market insights that support hiring strategies.
You will operate as a trusted recruitment partner, managing complex and niche roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with global TA processes and standards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on search strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes
Lead recruitment planning meetings and provide ongoing updates on pipeline progress and market conditions
Ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage and maintain accurate data within systems (e.g., Workday)
Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
Utilize market mapping and research techniques to identify talent pools and inform hiring strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights
Influence hiring decisions by presenting high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to business needs
Collaborate with HR, TA leaders, and global teams to align regional hiring with global TA strategies
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process management
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops with stakeholders
Conduct screening interviews and support hiring managers in evaluation processes
Provide real-time market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges in NA markets
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, pipeline generation, and hiring efficiency
Support diversity hiring initiatives and drive inclusive recruitment practices
5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience working with North American hiring markets
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including niche or senior-level hires
Strong sourcing capability, including experience engaging passive candidates
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and recruitment tools
Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced, and globally matrixed environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with remote teams
Analytical mindset with ability to leverage market data and insights to influence hiring strategies
