Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic, high-volume talent acquisition? Join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Partner with local and global hiring leaders to understand and forecast current and future staffing needs.
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and comprehensive hiring plans to support volume hiring requirements.
Champion our employment brand through creative campaigns and targeted initiatives.
Source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future needs, especially within the South East Asia (SEA) market.
Plan and execute the full-cycle recruitment process—screening, interviews, and selection—to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Oversee and mentor recruiting personnel to drive efficient onboarding and enhance team capacity in high-volume environments.
Organize and represent the company at career fairs, assessment centers, and industry-related events.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and optimize hiring outcomes.
Contribute to employee retention and development efforts by recommending best-fit talent solutions.
Proven track record in end-to-end, high-volume talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
Strong experience sourcing candidates for the South East Asia market.
In-depth knowledge of selection methods and contemporary sourcing techniques.
Advanced skills using social media platforms and job boards for recruitment.
A strategic mindset with the ability to understand the competencies and responsibilities of diverse roles.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills—able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to supervise the recruiting team.
Data-driven approach to recruitment with a focus on quality, speed (meeting hiring targets within TAT), and candidate success.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
