We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Signicat!

Signicat is a company on the move. We're scaling up and expanding across Europe, and we're looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our journey. In this crucial role, you'll be at the heart of our growth, finding the best talent for our teams in Technology, Sales, Marketing, and more.

This is your chance to be part of an international and close-knit People & Culture team of ten, with four close colleagues based in the Vilnius office. You will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead who is based in our Stockholm office, and work closely with hiring managers across Europe, including Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, and Norway. We offer a hybrid work model from our modern office in Paupys, Vilnius.

The right to live and work in the EU is a requirement for this position.


What you will do:
  • Proactively partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to signing.

  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience that makes Signicat stand out in a competitive market.

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other relevant job boards to find top talent across international markets.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding projects to attract and engage the best candidates.

Who we think you are:
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally from an in-house role at a tech company. Agency experience is a plus!

  • You turn ambiguity into action. You're comfortable taking ownership and driving progress, even when things aren't always clear-cut.

  • You have a genuine interest in technology and like to stay updated on market trends.

  • You have experience hiring for roles in multiple geographical locations.

  • You excel at building relationships and managing expectations with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You have experience with psychometric tests to gather key insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • You are known for your sense of urgency, excellent time management, and structured approach to your work.

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

Salary

3,800-4,500 €/mon. gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
