We are currently hiring a full time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in TorontoThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating a great candidate experience, screening, interviewing and the selecting top talent for Spectrum Health Care.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including resume screening, interviews, and background checks
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding by gathering feedback and coaching hiring managers
  • Represent the company at recruitment events and build brand awareness through marketing and strategic partnerships
  • Proactively explore new recruitment channels and sourcing methods to attract top talent
  • Maintain strong internal relationships to anticipate hiring needs and continuously refine strategies
  • Monitor recruitment performance, stay current with industry trends, and develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing
  • Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and manage partnerships with schools and associations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years progressive experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management or related field
  • In office role (Bloor/Yonge, Toronto)
