Jeeny is a mobile application that facilitates daily commuting and transportation. By connecting users with their preferred mode of transport, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Amman, Jordan. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across different departments and markets, while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, structured, and high-quality hiring process.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, solid stakeholder management experience, and the ability to build effective candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and confident in managing multiple roles while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, product, and business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct structured screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage offer negotiations and support closing candidates effectively.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, pipeline health) to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience hiring for a mix of technical, product, and business roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct search techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Solid interviewing and assessment skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and pipeline management.
• Experience working with an ATS and maintaining accurate candidate data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
