The RoleAs a SeniorTalent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and operational roles. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our team and business. What you’ll do:
Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and operational positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to independently build and manage candidate pipelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align closely with hiring managers and drive processes forward.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving hiring priorities.
Fluent in English, additional languages desirable.
Experience in a robotics, AI, or deep-tech startup environment.
Ability to coach and train interviewers, and work with data to improve processes.
