The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in aligning talent strategies with business objectives by leveraging data-driven insights and advanced sourcing techniques. This position manages complex recruiting processes, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and guides hiring decisions to address talent gaps effectively. By simplifying workflows and applying agile methodologies, the role enhances hiring efficiency and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The partner collaborates cross-functionally to deliver innovative, human-centered solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence within a dynamic business environment.

What you'll do...


Our team specializes in recruiting optometrists for Walmart and Sam’s Club, acting as strategic partners and subject matter experts.

  • We develop targeted campus and recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and a financial matrix to prioritize efforts.
  • By building strong relationships with business partners and optometry students, we ensure consistent communication and collaboration.
  • Committed to innovation and results, we continuously refine our approach and report on impact.
  • Together, we drive Walmart’s optometry recruitment success through expertise, partnership, and a high-touch, agile methodology focused on meeting evolving business needs.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
