Responsibilities

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities while helping shape our talent attraction strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialist positions across multiple functions and geographies within APAC.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, continuously train hiring managers in talent identification and interviewing.
• Acting as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices in the region.
• Designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier and hard-to-find talent.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical business functions.
• Driving direct sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Ensuring an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Defining, implementing and supporting employer branding initiatives and talent community development (local/regional).
• Using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Collaborating with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition projects.
• Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Digitization of recruitment to reduce administrative efforts and win more time for talent identification and consultancy.

Required skills and experience

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or a Recruitment, experience in a regional role is a plus.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial and corporate functions.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities with a track record of attracting passive candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
