The Position

As a senior team member within the Talent Acquisition group, you will foster a team environment and demonstrate collaborative leadership. You will partner with TA colleagues, Human Resource Business Partners, clients and Talent Acquisition Management to develop and implement staffing plans and strategies.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will partner with hiring managers and senior management in the full lifecycle recruitment of talent in the Americas- individually managing a portfolio of requisitions and focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager's expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Drive hiring processes and develop complex recruiting strategies within assigned requisitions and organizations.

  • Full Lifecycle Execution: Recruit talent by sourcing, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and processing offers within Workday.

  • Consultative Coaching: Manage stakeholder expectations and coach managers on providing feedback, developing offers, and determining competencies.

  • Process Innovation: Contribute to staffing process improvements and ensure recruiting solutions remain consistent with Corporate Talent Acquisition objectives.

  • Data & Compliance: Act as the point person for staffing reports and metrics while ensuring strict adherence to internal processes and maintaining the ATS/CRM.

  • Talent Management: Partner with client groups on internal talent management, including succession planning, talent reviews, and internal candidate movement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Educate business leaders on relocation/immigration processes and attend networking events to proactively manage the recruitment escalation process.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience.

  • You bring 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or Shared Services environment; Pharma/Biotech industry experience is a plus.

  • You are Bilingual, with required fluency in English and Spanish- Portuguese, French are a plus.

  • You possess a high level of social competence and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrixed environment across borders.

  • You are characterized by a growth mindset, end-to-end accountability, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

  • You are well known for your independent, yet collaborative working style and your ability to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.

  • Experience with United States, and Canada processes. (experience with pharma companies is a plus)

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated expertise in progressive sourcing (Direct Sourcing, Web 2.0, networking) and experience recruiting for different regions (US, Canada, LATAM).

  • Technical proficiency in Workday or similar enterprise-level recruiting software.
