We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and elevate hiring for the Bluehost Group, with full ownership of the Brazil Talent Acquisition function This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with leaders, and ensure that regional practices are aligned with our global talent strategy.

You’ll combine data, creativity, and business insight to build scalable recruiting processes, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. As a key member of the global HR team, you’ll also contribute to cross-functional people initiatives that shape the future of our culture and workforce.

WhatYou’ll Do

• Lead theBrazilTalentAcquisitionfunctionend-to-end, serving as theprimary point ofcontact for allhiringneeds — fromworkforceplanningand stakeholder management to full-cyclerecruitment

• Ownthe regional recruitingprocess for Brazil, ensuringconsistency, alignment, andbest-practicesharingacrossthe global TalentAcquisition framework.

• Act as a trustedadvisorto business leaders, buildingstrongpartnershipsandproviding data-driven insights, marketintelligence, andstrategichiringrecommendations

• Identifyprocess gaps andopportunitieswithintheBrazilhiringlandscape, drivingcontinuousimprovementandscalabilitywhilemaintainingglobal standards

• Use analyticstoinfluencedecisions, developingandinterpreting dashboards, KPIs, andtalentreportsthatinformhiringstrategiesandleadershipdiscussions

• Contributeto global HR andTalentinitiatives, supportingbroaderprogramsfocusedonculture, performance, andorganizationaldevelopment

• Drive local employer branding efforts, creatingauthenticandengagingcampaigns (using tools like Canva) toelevateourpresence in theBrazilmarket

• Enhancerecruitmentoperationsbyoptimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracywithinWorkdayandotherrecruitingplatforms

• Recruitacrossmultipleregionswhenneeded — experiencehiring in othermarkets, particularlytheU.S., is a strong plus.

Who You Are

• 8+ yearsofexperience in TalentAcquisition, ideallywithin a global organization, leadingend-to-endrecruitment

• Proven track record in full-cyclerecruitment, withexperiencehiring in multipleregions — experiencewiththe U.S. marketis a plus.

• Strategicandanalytical mindset — comfortableusing data, KPIs, andmarket insights toinformhiringstrategiesandinfluence stakeholders.

• Creativeandinnovative — abletodevelopcompellingemployer branding campaignsandrecruitmentcontent (e.g., usingCanva) toattract top talent

• Strong stakeholder management skills — abletoadviseandinfluenceleadersatalllevels, balancing business needswithtalentstrategy

• Independent andresourceful — thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, andidentifiesopportunities for processimprovement

• Bilingual in PortugueseandEnglish, withexcellent verbal andwritten communication skills.

• Experience withWorkday, LinkedIn Recruiter, andother ATS tools; comfortable troubleshooting andoptimizingrecruiting processes.

• DeepknowledgeoftheBraziliantalentmarket, includingsourcingstrategies, hiringpractices, and local employment trends.

• Collaborative mindset — abletoworkacross global teamswhileowning regional processes andensuringalignmentwith global bestpractices
