Who You Are…

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented candidates for multiple roles. This role serves as an instrumental component in the development and communication of the Company’s employment value proposition and culture, while demonstrably impacting overall business results.

This Position…

Some examples of the work you might do includes:

  • Partners with teams across the Company to provide best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Builds relationships throughout the organization to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insight on operations, in order to facilitate a clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the branch.
  • Manages multiple on-going assignments.
  • Continuously sources to build a candidate pipeline (active and passive) aligned with business needs.
  • Utilizes ATS (and other in-house systems) to collect and analyze data to maintain current statistics.
  • Partners with Marketing to advertise for/source potential candidates on social media and job boards.
  • Educates the Talent Acquisition Team on emerging trends in the recruiting industry.
  • Champions diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the employee experience, leading to measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates for the Company.
  • Promotes an employment brand, culture, and recruitment strategy that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias.

What You Need…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels.
  • Experience in sourcing passive recruitment, including cold calling.
  • Demonstrated passion for company culture, people development, and building team environments.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and respond to change with ease and adaptability.
  • Capacity to effectively communicate across diverse audiences, projects, and outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle competing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A/E/C industry experience.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily in an office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands:

  • In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This is considered a sedentary work position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
