Job Description

Optimal, acting on behalf of its client, a leading hospitality group operating a distinctive portfolio of luxury eco-chic resorts in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to join its team.

This strategic role will be responsible for designing and leading the Group’s talent acquisition and employer branding strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across all resort destinations and corporate functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable recruitment processes, strengthening the employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and lead the centralized Talent Acquisition function across the Group.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for management, leadership, and critical operational positions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Own and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
• Drive candidate experience excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding programs and new hire integration initiatives.
• Manage recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, analytics, and reporting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing ATS platforms (Workable preferred).
• Previous exposure to hospitality, tourism, retail, or other service-intensive industries will be highly appreciated.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
