Join our team as a strategic recruiting partner supporting the Private Wealth business by identifying and attracting top talent to achieve business goals. This role drives recruiting strategies that directly impact client-facing teams and business growth. You will partner closely with leadership to build strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned to long-term workforce planning.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as the recruitment lead for all roles, including senior-level, niche, and hard-to-fill roles, within Private Wealth
Partner with business line leaders to develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies
Manage requisition workload and/or lead strategic recruiting programs to build talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
Educate leaders on interview practices, market conditions, and inclusive hiring approaches
Analyze recruiting data to inform hiring decisions and improve talent attraction strategies
Represent the organization at events, conferences and networking functions, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice.
Education & Experience
Required
Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of recruitment experience in executive or senior-level hiring or external search firm environments
Preferred
Experience with recruitment for revenue generating roles in the financial industry
