Your Role:

As a key member of the Capgemini Invent Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you’ll lead strategic hiring initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing market insights and mentoring associate business partners. This is also a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role within a busy and fast-paced business area, with significant senior and Director-level hiring. You’ll operate within a complex, matrixed organisation, navigating multiple stakeholders, systems and processes to ensure timely delivery aligned to business priorities.

Recruitment delivery

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, niche and leadership roles, from requisition and briefing through to offer.
• Manage multiple complex requisitions and hiring campaigns simultaneously, maintaining pace, quality and transparency.
• Define recruitment strategies with hiring leaders, including sourcing, attraction, assessment and candidate engagement approaches.
• Match experienced candidates to critical business roles and maintain clear momentum throughout the selection process.

Stakeholder management

• Act as the primary TA partner to Invent leadership and hiring managers across assigned areas.
• Challenge hiring requirements, assumptions and role design where appropriate, bringing an external talent market perspective.
• Influence hiring decisions through credible advice, market insight, recruitment data and evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, HR colleagues and relevant internal partners.

Strategic talent acquisition

• Lead and support strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Provide recruitment insight on active and upcoming senior hiring priorities.
• Use recruitment analytics, market intelligence and talent mapping to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify delivery risks early and propose practical sourcing or assessment solutions.

Candidate attraction and sourcing

• Directly source experienced consulting, transformation and technology talent.
• Develop creative and targeted sourcing approaches for scarce or senior talent.
• Build and maintain engaged pipelines for recurring and business-critical capabilities.
• Represent the Capgemini Invent employer brand professionally in the UK market.

Process and governance

• Ensure recruitment processes, approvals, compliance requirements and policies are followed.
• Maintain accurate ATS and CRM activity to support governance and reporting.
• Provide clear recruitment updates, market feedback and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR, onboarding and business leadership to support a consistent candidate journey.
• Mentor TA colleagues and coach hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection practices where required.

Your Profile:

Essential skills and experience:

• Significant hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced, complex and matrixed organisation in IT consulting, management consulting or professional services.
• Fluency in direct sourcing methods.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio of complex and competing hiring priorities.
• Strong experience of navigating multiple recruitment systems, including ATS and CRM platforms, while maintaining accurate recruitment data and processes.
• Experience in strategic hiring and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong track record of personally delivering complex, niche and senior/Director-level recruitment.
• Demonstrated use of recruitment analytics and market insights to influence outcomes.
• Confident presenting data and market insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proven experience of leadership, coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex hiring campaigns and stakeholder groups within a matrix organisation.

Desirable experience

• Broader recruitment exposure across management consulting, professional services or technology transformation.
• Employer branding, EVP or senior talent-pipelining experience.
• Experience coaching recruiters or hiring managers.
• Advanced familiarity with Power BI, generative AI, Boolean search, SuccessFactors/GetTalent and Phenom.
