The team, position & mission:
Within the Data Solution team, we are looking for a highly autonomous and hands-on Tableau Developer & Analytics Consultant to support reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Operations and other departments.

Your key areas of responsibility as Senior Tableau Consultant (Data & Analytics):
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Translate business needs into dashboards, mock-ups and analytical solutions.
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
Build and optimize SQL-based data sources and reporting datasets.
Work with complex data environments, including Salesforce-derived data stored within the organization's Data Warehouse.
Develop advanced Tableau functionalities using filters, actions, parameters and dynamic navigation.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly and drive users rapidly to the right information.
Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing reporting solutions.
Support the migration of reporting assets and data sources from Redshift to Databricks.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, performance and reporting governance.
As an ideal candidate you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders in an analytics or BI environment.
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Advanced expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
Strong SQL skills with experience creating and optimizing complex queries.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift.
Familiarity with Databricks is considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Salesforce data models is highly desirable.
Exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
