About the Role
As a Senior TA Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of premium andclaim transactions while providing valuable insights through data analysis. You'll work with both internal andexternal stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of ourprocesses.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Compliance- Validate and analyze premium and claims data against contract wordings/agreementsto ensure compliance
Financial Validation- Monitor financial numbers in Technical Accounting systems and identify adversepremium/claim trends from client data
Data Analysis- Develop data analysis summaries that aid decision-making across multiple cross-functionalteams
Performance Management- Deliver consistently operational commitments and key performance indicators toeffectively manage cash flow
Stakeholder Management- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to strengthening clientrelationships, work effectively with multiple matrixed teams across Geographical Boundaries to implementbest practices.
About the Team
This position is part of the Global Technical Accounting & Services organization for Life & Health Business, whichhas overall responsibility for Technical Accounting functions worldwide, including Business Solution Centers. Theteam ensures that payments received from clients (premiums) and payments made to clients (claims) reconcileagainst expected amounts. Working within established frameworks while finding innovative solutions is key to theteam's success. The role reports to the Manager Operations Southeast Asia & India.
