Job Description

  • Minimum 4 years experience in IT Support banking.
  • Understand core banking applications such as Temenos (T24).
  • Understand banking business processes. Master Microsoft Excel.
  • Understand databases such as SQL, Oracle Database, MSSQL, IBM, DB2.
  • Support core banking systems T24.
  • Perform maintenance

T24 applications

  • Monitor core banking applications
  • Conduct analysis of T24 systems
  • Core Banking System Development and Maintenance:
  • Design, develop, and maintain modules and functions in the T24 system according to business needs.
  • Perform coding and scripting using tools and languages ​​relevant to T24, such as jBase, OFS, or TAFC.
  • Adjust T24 parameters to meet changes in policy or regulation.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving:
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions in T24.
  • Handle T24 system troubleshooting to ensure operational availability and reliability.
  • Provide solutions to errors or issues that arise in various modules, such as AA, FT, LD, or CRM.
  • System Integration:
  • Develop and manage interfaces between T24 and external systems (API, middleware, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth integration with payment systems, reporting, or third-party applications.
