Role Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement new software,maintainand improve existing software

• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization

• Recommend improvements to existing software programs

• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams

• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure

• Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates

• Works independently on complex projects

Role Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of IT experience.

• A degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Experience as a JAVA backend developer

• Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and CI/CD.

• Experience in web applications performance troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes

• Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Availability to work in a hybrid model.

• Advanced English level isrequired

Work Shift
