What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support & maintenance for Windows Server Infrastructure, File/Print Services, Active Directory Services, Office 365 including Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SCCM, Physical Server, Storage and other systems.
• Install, repair, patch & maintain existing technologies.
• Utilise & comply with all relevant NRI methodologies, standards, processes & procedures, including but not limited to, the Business Management System (BMS) & Service Management Methodology (SMM)
• Liaise with external vendors as required to ensure timely resolution of hardware / software issues
• Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations
• Assist with delivery of both on-premise & public cloud-based projects
• Facilitate/participate in engagements with client & 3rd party organisations on technology issues as required
• Generate infrastructure reporting
• Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within SLA & communicate with client
• Participate in ongoing continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 years’ experience as a Wintel/Cloud Engineer in a managed service environment or large government agency with proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong background in Active Directory, GPO, Certificates, Azure, M365, Citrix, VMware
• Familiarity with security & compliance in cloud environments
• Azure – Resource management, networking, security, governance, billing, cost management & optimization
• Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security & compliance
• Citrix – Daas, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, user profile management
• VMware – vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, virtualization best practices
• Active Directory, GPO and Certificates
• Experience with automation, scripting & coding
• Knowledge of security best practices & data protection principles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services & applications
• Experience with user & security administration in an Entra and M365 environment
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
• Certifications are a plus
