In this pivotal role, you will leverage your advanced technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize complex systems and architectures that aligns with our strategic objectives and client requirements.

In this role, you will be a technical leader and train more junior Engineers and Administrators while being responsible for not only maintaining the efficiency and resilience of our client and internal systems but also driving innovative solutions that address evolving challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate needs, troubleshoot complex problems, and implement best practices for system performance, security, and reliability. Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our operational effectiveness and ensuring we meet the highest standards of service excellence for our clients in a 24x7x365 mission critical service desk environment

Requirements

• No problem is beyond your skillset, you know the deepest level of debugging and troubleshooting and you know no problem or systems failure is beyond your skillset.
• Architect, design, and implement advanced cloud-based systems and solutions.
• Lead system performance optimization and ensure high availability across all platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the systems engineering team.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in system design, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and incident response preparations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Proven work experience as a RHEL Engineer/Architect.
• Working knowledge of the below Technologies is a must:
• UNIX LIKE OS
• Ubuntu or other Enterprise oriented distros
• Containers for splitting workloads
• Ansible for automation
• Bash for shell script automation
• Running OS on Virtual Machines

OS Fundamentals:

• LVM
• OS Boot Process
• CLI
• Process management
• Disk management
• Strong knowledge of OS and networking technologies, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools
• Would be advantageous if you have working experience with the following Technologies:
• Ubuntu or other Enterprise oriented distros
• IBM AIX, IBMI, HP/UX, SCO UNIX, Solaris
• Cluster HA
• RHEL Cluster (pacemaker)

Scripting language and infrastructure management tools:

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant field with 3-6 years of experience
