Assist all employees with any computer or IT related issues.
Create, add and modify user accounts and services across our various cloud platforms.
Assist users over the phone, in-person, and remotely.
Administration and management of SharePoint portals.
Create and manage workflows on Power Automate.
Creation and management of Online portal / forms in Power Apps.
Administration of Active Directory, Entra, SharePoint, Office365 Endpoints Protection/Antivirus, Multifactor authentication, outlook/email, internet, mobile devices, and any other IT-related software/hardware.
Office365 support setting up devices and email clients, tablets, mobile phones, and computers.
IT setup for high level meeting (BOD, HR Committee, Audit Committee etc.)
Vendor coordination, ISPs management.
Initial or low level of configuration of network devices.
Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and any other related devices
Setting up network firewalls and switches.
Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user accounts, groups, Group Policies, domain controllers and replication, and other related services to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management with security best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues requests.
Ensure all requests are resolved promptly and with high-quality results.
Able to write technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
Well versed with LAN cabling and equipment installation.
Open and follow up with tech support from vendors such as internet providers, cloud solutions, consultants, etc.
IT Administration of E-office portal.
Administration and management of Office PABX.
IT related equipment’s inventory management & reconciliation with finance.
IT end user hardware warranty / maintenance management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Linux Administrator, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
4-5 years’ experience in servers, storage, and virtualization with a strong understanding of Virtualization solutions, Windows Server, Linux Ubuntu, and VEEAM for backup and recovery.
Strong technical skills in server deployment, storage management, and virtualization technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
