Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency.

Duties:

• Lead integration of Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control Capability into the various foreign military systems to include testing and analysis of JTMC-B data across multiple Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Missile Defense Agency and Air Force composite track network systems.
• Support planning and execution of Joint hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop ground tests, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) events, flight tests, exercises, and demonstrations
• Coordinate, develop and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures
• Providing technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control efforts
• Build Long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders in support of DCX Director and Deputy Director

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience

• At least 20 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with Integrated Air and Missile Defense related systems or the Missile Defense System
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios
• Hands on experience in testing and integration
• Experience supporting/writing technical reviews, risk assessments, and capability portfolio synchronization events
• Proven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 20-25% of the time
• Eligible to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance
• Educational Background: BS with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
• Must be US Citizen
