
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Systems and Project Officer within Student Enrichment and Success, as this role becomes available following internal career progression
You’ll play a key role in ensuring student systems are effectively supported, maintained, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role combining technical system support, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on enhancing workflows, driving process improvements, and delivering meaningful outcomes that improve the experience for both students and staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for student systems, resolving complex issues
Lead system enhancements, including evaluating solutions and implementing improved configurations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective business processes
Design, review, and optimise workflows, forms, and system processes
Develop and maintain system and project documentation (e.g. business cases, specifications)
Support and deliver technical projects, including UAT, change management, and implementation activities
This is a full-time (100%), continuing position at HEW Level 6
Relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Strong customer service focus with the ability to provide reliable system support
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience with systems such as CareerHub (StudentHub), CRM, M365, Power Automate, or student systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
Experience developing system and project documentation
Demonstrated experience in technical project delivery, including UAT and change management
Knowledge of CareerHub Workflows module (or ability to develop capability)
