
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing a customer’s business and information service needs. Playing a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex IT solutions to meet and support the strategic objectives of the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, systems architecture, and advanced technical skills to provide comprehensive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Proactively determines, defines, develops and recommends best delivery solutions by outlining and documenting scope of work. Logically and timely analyzes, manages and develops system documentation. Is responsible for leadership and mentoring information services to customers at all levels. This includes focusing on customer needs by accurately listening, interpreting and responding to customers in a friendly manner. Collaborate with peers and to deliver quality services in conjunction with the mission and strategic objectives of Independence Health System while continuing to maintain job knowledge and skills to meet the ever changing needs of customers.
Senior systems analyst utilizes their vast knowledge and extensive work experience in conjunction with sounds judgement to make crucial decisions regarding system design. The senior analyst will explore new technologies and determine feasibility for the organization. They will mentor systems analysts and foster knowledge transfer and growth. They will take a lead in follow through and resolution to complex issues and requests.
