The Role
Fidelity is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Fidelity Institutional Technology Development team. A strong focus on documentation, audit readiness, data integrity, and policy adherence ensures regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
You will collaborate closely with Architecture, Development, UX, and Product Owners to define user roles, entitlement groups, access levels, and functional authorization flows across environments. Responsibilities include documenting policies, standards, approval workflows, and audit evidence; identifying access risks and remediation plans with Cybersecurity and Risk teams; and providing clear business and technical requirements for current and future use cases.

Strong data analysis and documentation skills; ability to manage entitlement classification and organization
Experience with database structures, certificate management, and federation metadata
Scripting or query skills (e.g., SQL) for reporting and analysis
Experience working in Agile development environments
Exposure to test automation and quality practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate engineers and analysts
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities with keen attention to detail
Collaborative mindset and desire to work closely within the product area
Customer‑focused approach with the ability to understand and articulate sprint‑level value
Ability to quickly learn and navigate large, complex software systems end‑to‑end
The Team
You will collaborate with a diverse group of partners—including business stakeholders, architects, systems analysts, engineers, and technical leads—to develop and maintain mission‑critical security functionality. This includes features such as login and authentication flows, password recovery, multi‑factor authentication, and related capabilities. Your work directly supports thousands of registered investment advisors, correspondents, and individual investors who rely on our platform every day.
