In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering secure, scalable, and well‑integrated technology change by providing senior technical analysis and guidance across complex portfolios, ensuring solutions align with end‑to‑end business processes, enterprise strategy, and long‑term system reliability across major programs including Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport, Sydney Metro West, and Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2.

  • You will lead discovery and requirements definition for complex, interdependent systems to de‑risk assumptions and align outcomes across multiple teams.
  • You will shape solution options, integration approaches, and reusable analysis artefacts to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, traceability, and consistency.
  • You will direct backlog strategy, dependency management, and cross‑team prioritisation to support readiness, release alignment, and delivery quality.
  • You will assure functional and non‑functional quality while uplifting analysis capability, supporting strategic decision‑making through clear risk, impact, and recommendation reporting.

About you

  • You bring extensive technical business analysis expertise across large, complex programs involving integrations, APIs, data models, and configuration‑driven platforms.
  • Your skill in advanced requirements engineering and modelling helps shape solution options, improve clarity, and reduce delivery risk.
  • You have strong enterprise architecture and integration knowledge, including REST and event‑driven patterns and data governance principles.
  • You demonstrate proven capability to mentor analysts and influence cross‑functional teams within government or large enterprise environments.
