We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and AI capabilities to drive strategic decision-making and business transformation.

  Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

  Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and AI solutions.

  Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to deliver data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
• 
  Analyse large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
• 
  Support the design and implementation of AI/ML models and data analytics solutions.
• 
  Develop business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• 
  Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements validation sessions.
• 
  Ensure alignment between business objectives and data/AI strategies.
• 
  Monitor project progress and support change management initiatives.
• 
  Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with data regulations.

  Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
• 
  Strong understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and data modelling.
• 
  Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• 
  Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• 
  Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools (Python or R is advantageous).
• 
  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 
  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 
  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  Matric and a Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 
  Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Data/AI-related certifications.
• 
  Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data services.
• 
  Familiarity with data governance and data privacy regulations.
