Role Responsibilities 

You’llbe responsible formaintainingongoing reliability,performanceand support of the systems environment. 

• Monitor systems, respond to incidents,problemsand plans for growth.Also,monitorssystems security,stabilityand patching.

• Provide in-depth systems analysis.

• Oracle WebLogic 2ndlevel support.

• Providesupport forall thecloudsimplementations.

• Vulnerabilitiesresolution planning and coordination.

• Technology projects participation byassistingonimplementations.

• Third party vendor activities coordination.

• Defines procedures for administering andmonitoringthe related infrastructure and its software components.

• Active participation on Incidents Resolutions (IRT).

Role Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or be a student in Computer Science or a related field and/or 3+ years of experience in Corporate IT.

• Extensive experience of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab,CloudBees,Checkmarx, SonarQube, Spinnaker)

• Advanced English isrequired(oral and written)

• Knowledge Kubernetes clusters infrastructure and tools (Ansible, Terraform, Rancher and Prometheus/Grafana)

• Frameworks DevOps and ITIL

• Development knowledge (script shell/bash, python, JavaScript, Java)

• Analytical, organized, and methodical.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving.

• Teamwork attitude.

Work Shift 

Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
