• Manage users and groups in Active Directory (Azure AD)
• Administer resources and services through the Azure Portal
• Provide user support in a Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Deliver Help Desk support for technical issues
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users and equipment
• Monitor systems and resolve technical issues in collaboration with other IT teams
• Administer and maintain Azure, SAP S/4HANA, and Tableau infrastructure 
• Monitor Development, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
• Participate in the design and implementation of new Entersoft ERP and Power BI infrastructures 
• Collaborate with the SOC Department to ensure connectivity and enforce cybersecurity policies across all systems 

The ideal candidate should have:

• up to 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Azure Portal
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Tableau, Entersoft ERP, and Power BI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking principles, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective end-user support
• Good command of Greek and English
