Positionsübersicht

Für unser Software-Delivery-Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen (Senior) System Integrations Engineer (m/w/d). In dieser kundenorientierten Rolle agieren Sie als zentrale technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Partnern sowie internen Engineering-, Service- und Delivery-Teams. Sie begleiten unsere Lösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg und stellen durch Integrationstests, technische Koordination und Unterstützung vor Ort eine erfolgreiche Implementierung und den stabilen Betrieb unserer Softwarelösungen sicher. Ihre Aufgaben

• Agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Banken, Rechenzentren und Partner in technischen Integrationsprojekten
• Koordinieren und steuern technischer Stakeholder während Integrations- und Implementierungsprojekten
• Durchführen technischer Analysen sowie Identifizieren und Beheben von Störungen und Integrationsproblemen
• Planen, durchführen und dokumentieren von System Integration Tests (SIT)
• Unterstützen von Software-Releases, Deployments und Softwarebereitstellungen in Kundenumgebungen
• Integrieren und validieren von Drittanbieter-Softwarelösungen innerhalb bestehender Kundenlandschaften
• Validieren von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten im Rahmen von Integrations- und Kundenprojekten
• Zusammenarbeiten mit Engineering-, Service-, Support- und Delivery-Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenlösungen
• Unterstützen von Kunden vor Ort bei Integrationen, Tests und Rollout-Aktivitäten
• Sicherstellen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch lösungsorientierte Beratung und technische Expertise

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systemintegration, IT-Infrastruktur, Technical Support oder Engineering
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hardware-, Software- und Plattformintegration
• Erfahrung mit Systemtests, Software-Rollouts und technischen Implementierungsprojekten
• Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und technischen Stakeholdern
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zu Kundeneinsätzen vor Ort
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Position overview

For our Software Delivery team, we are seeking an experienced (Senior) System Integration Engineer (m/f/d). In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary technical interface between customers, partners, and internal Engineering, Service, and Delivery teams. You will support our solutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and reliable operation through integration testing, technical coordination, and hands-on support. Your Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, banks, data centers, and partners throughout technical integration projects
• Coordinating and managing technical stakeholders during integration and implementation projects
• Performing technical analyses and identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues and system incidents
• Planning, executing, and documenting System Integration Tests (SIT)
• Supporting software releases, deployments, and solution rollouts within customer environments
• Integrating and validating third-party software solutions within existing customer landscapes
• Validating hardware and software components as part of integration and customer implementation projects
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, Service, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions
• Providing on-site customer support during integrations, testing activities, and rollout projects
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through solution-oriented consulting and technical expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in System Integration, IT Infrastructure, Technical Support, or Engineering
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and platform integration
• Experience with system testing, software rollouts, and technical implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support at customer locations
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
