We are looking for a Senior System Engineer – BIM/AutoCAD

We are looking for a Senior BIM/AutoCAD Engineer to create, coordinate, validate and deliver BIM models and CAD drawings for Mobility Telecom projects. The role will transform telecom design inputs into accurate digital models, coordinated layouts, quantity outputs, customer submissions and as-built handover deliverables.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Develop and coordinate BIM models and AutoCAD drawings for Network, Radio, PAS/PIDS, CCTV and related Mobility Telecom infrastructure.
• Prepare telecom room layouts, rack elevations, equipment placement, cable tray/duct/conduit routes, routing drawings, BOM/BOQ and as-built documentation.
• Create Revit families, templates and telecom content libraries for antennas, radios, BBUs, cabinets, racks, fibre, power and data equipment.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, customers, suppliers and other disciplines to align design inputs, BIM models and CAD deliverables.
• Lead model federation, clash detection, issue tracking, model reviews and resolution workflows using Revit, Navisworks and collaboration platforms.
• Perform QA/QC checks, model health reviews and draw audits for accuracy, completeness, spatial coordination, metadata and submission readiness.

BIM Standards and Delivery:

• Apply BIM standards, modelling protocols, naming conventions, CDE workflows and ISO 19650-aligned information management practices.
• Support BEP, MIDP, TIDP, EIR alignment, model acceptance criteria and handover requirements across design, construction and as-built stages.
• Review BIM scope, deliverables, compliance requirements, risks and effort estimate during tender and execution phases.
• Ensure BIM models, federated models, Asset Information Models and as-built datasets meet project, regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
• Generate cable length calculations, quantity take-offs, structured reports, progress updates, issue dashboards and handover documentation.

Continuous Improvement and Technical Leadership:

• Resolve BIM coordination, model compliance, data quality, workflow and CDE-related issues during project delivery.
• Improve BIM guidelines, templates, checklists, model audit processes and return-on-experience documentation.
• Improve model accuracy, reduce clashes and rework, and strengthen collaboration between design, site and project teams.
• Support OpenBIM, IFC/BCF, COBie, 4D/5D BIM, Digital Twin readiness and BIM automation initiatives.
• Mentor BIM engineers, coordinators and modellers on standardised methods, technical discipline and knowledge sharing.

You’ll win us over by:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of BIM / Digital Engineering experience, preferably in mobility, rail, metro, telecom, infrastructure, data centre, industrial or building projects.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit and AutoCAD experience in BIM modelling, CAD production, coordination and customer deliverables.
• Knowledge of 4G/5G, fibre connectivity, telecom rooms, rack layouts, radio systems, network systems, PAS/PIDS and CCTV preferred.

Tools and Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage and clash detection / model review workflows.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Autodesk Recap, Solibri, BIMCollab, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Wrench, Procore and Bluebeam Revu.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, Twinmotion, Synchro, automation, visualisation, planning tools, COBie, IFC, BCF and asset information management is an advantage.

• Strong ownership, autonomy, responsiveness and accountability in managing deliverables, risks and coordination actions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain BIM topics, influence stakeholders and convert findings into practical actions.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor, share knowledge and support continuous improvement within the BIM network.
• Advanced English speaking, writing and reading skills for global collaboration.

· This position is suitable for an experienced BIM and AutoCAD professional with strong telecom project exposure, coordination capability, quality focus and digital delivery mindset. The candidate should be able to deliver accurate models and drawings, support project execution, improve BIM workflows and mentor team members across the project lifecycle.

• Stakeholder satisfaction: Positive feedback on responsiveness, communication, technical support and deliverable usefulness.
• Team development: Effective mentoring, knowledge sharing and capability building for BIM team members.
