We are seeking a hands-on
Senior Systems Engineer
to support Product Development and On Market Support (OMS) activities. This role requires strong experience with
electro-mechanical systems
, verification and validation (V&V), and leading technical teams to drive product improvements and resolve complex system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead development and execution of
  verification & validation (V&V)
  strategies and testing.
• 
  Drive
  requirements engineering, risk management, and
  FMEA
  activities.
• 
  Analyze data, perform
  root cause analysis, and implement product or process improvements.
• 
  Lead cross-functional teams in
  design reviews, DOE testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
• 
  Plan and execute engineering projects, identify technical risks, and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with
  8+ years
  of experience
  OR
  Master’s degree with
  4+ years
  of experience.
• 
  Strong experience working with
  electro-mechanical devices.
• 
  Proven leadership in
  technical problem-solving, V&V testing, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience with
  IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile
  methodologies.
• 
  Hands-on expertise in
  DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving tools.
• 
  INCOSE certification
  is a plus.
