You’ll make a difference by:

  • Lead complete BAS engineering design activities for global data center projects from project kickoff through engineering completion while ensuring high-quality deliverables within project schedules.
  • Develop control system architecture, controller selection, network topology, point databases, I/O schedules, control schematics, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Cause & Effect Matrix, alarm strategies, and Sequence of Operations documentation.
  • Design control solutions for mission-critical infrastructure including chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC units, Cooling Distribution Units (CDU), cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, AHUs, precision cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.
  • Integrate Building Automation Systems with UPS, generators, ATS, STS, power monitoring systems, fire alarm systems, access control, leak detection, and DCIM platforms.
  • Perform engineering reviews, resolve technical challenges, support customer discussions, participate in design workshops, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), remote commissioning, engineering estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your success is grounded in:
  • 6–10 Years of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • Preferred
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BAS architecture, HVAC control sequences, BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, controller engineering, and engineering documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting international customers.
  • Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) with Knowledge of AI-ready cooling systems, liquid cooling, Digital Twin, BIM, and EPMS/DCIM integration.
Technical Skills Preferred

PLC/DDC Design, BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, Revit (preferred), Microsoft Office, HVAC Control Systems, Chiller Plants, CRAH/CRAC, CDU, Pumps, Cooling Towers, UPS, Generator Interfaces, Environmental Monitoring.
