In the System Services team at Netcompany Banking Services, we work to support financial institutions in their use of our system solutions. We are looking for a new colleague who can help ensure stable and efficient system usage, ideally with experience in the banking and financial sector, and who can help make complex systems more usable in practice
You will become part of a highly skilled team where collaboration is key. Working closely with colleagues across NBS and System Services, you will help optimize how customers use our solutions. The role covers areas such as process optimization, IT-related tasks, system configuration, and compliance.
Netcompany Banking Services
We deliver various IT solutions and services to banks and savings institutions across Denmark and other Nordic countries. We provide a modern, cloud-based core banking platform serving more than 50 Nordic banks with over 2 million end customers. Our solutions encompass daily banking operations, mobile and internet banking, payments, investment management, risk management, compliance, and open banking.
Responsibilities and technologies
In this role, you will help ensure that customers achieve maximum value from NBS core and self-service solutions. This includes system configuration and ongoing adjustments to support customer needs and daily operations.
You will work closely with specialists across NBS, where knowledge sharing is an integrated part of how we work. In your daily work, you will interact with both subject matter experts and senior stakeholders at financial institutions. This requires the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and adapt your messaging to different audiences, with an understanding of the impact on both employees and end customers.
