INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior System (Cloud) & Network Engineer to join our Information Systems & Technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation and management of innovative digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving technological excellence across industries. You will lead the design, administration, security, and optimization of enterprise cloud, server, virtualization, and network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and cybersecurity across our global operations. What You'll Lead and Deliver

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Administer and support Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Groups, user provisioning, security settings, and administrative controls.
• Deploy, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, and Azure security services.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File Servers, Print Servers, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, virtual machines, clusters, storage, snapshots, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless infrastructure, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, including security policies, SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, IPS, NAT, SD-WAN, web filtering, application control, and firmware upgrades.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, trunking, routing, ACLs, and switch security.
• Configure, administer, and optimize Ruckus wireless infrastructure, including access points, SSIDs, authentication, RF optimization, roaming, guest access, and wireless security.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft security technologies, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Defender, endpoint protection, and security baselines.
• Administer enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft 365 Backup, Azure Backup, and disaster recovery testing.
• Perform infrastructure patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, preventive maintenance, and security enhancements across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support while ensuring timely resolution of service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead infrastructure implementation projects, cloud migration initiatives, office IT deployments, technology refresh programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, OEMs, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operational support.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, infrastructure standards, disaster recovery documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity standards, ISO 27001 controls, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, review technical implementations, promote knowledge sharing, and drive operational excellence within the infrastructure team.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience administering Google Workspace environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco enterprise switching, and Ruckus wireless infrastructure.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed offices and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience working in ISO 27001 or other compliance-driven environments will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure secure, highly available IT environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Competencies

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security.
• Hands-on expertise with Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switching technologies, and Ruckus wireless solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Cisco CCNP, Google Workspace Administrator, or ITIL Foundation will be considered an advantage.
