Acumatica is looking for a Senior System Analyst to join our Payments Team in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our team develops and maintains the payment processing module within Acumatica ERP. We aim to provide customers with convenient payment collection methods, including credit cards, electronic bank transfers, POS terminals, and payment links. We integrate with external service providers and ensure our product supports seamless integration and customization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business scenarios and product requirements; communicate with international partners and customers
  • Design new features and create functional specifications
  • Evaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end feature implementation
  • Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details
  • Collaborate with external providers (e.g., payment processors, service providers)
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writers
  • Validate implemented features against specifications; perform acceptance testing
  • Develop test plans and test scenarios, including edge cases (e.g., data migration, invalid data, high load)
  • Support maintenance activities, including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications
  • 3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations
  • Strong experience writing functional documentation in English
  • Experience working closely with developers and business users
  • Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
  • Strong prioritization skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with ERP system implementation or support
