Job Description

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
  • Bridge business stakeholders, development, and testing teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
  • Drive business process improvements and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
  • Produce and review functional specifications, solution design documents, API specifications, and UML diagrams.
  • Support project planning, including effort estimation, scheduling, and budget planning with the PMO.
  • Coordinate SIT and UAT activities to ensure complete test coverage against business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps and continuous solution optimization initiatives.
  • Provide Level 2 functional support by troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery.
  • Manage small-scale projects independently and support other assigned initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • More than 8 years of solid experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience within the banking industry, particularly in Digital Channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, digital payments, customer onboarding, and self-service platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and application environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering and solution design.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
