The Job

• Support delivery and management of Life product development projects

• Ensure alignment with business goals, IT standards, and security requirements

• Coordinate and support end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring)

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into solutions

• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and proper documentation

• Enforce compliance with IT policies, standards, and SDLC

• Guide and support team members; contribute to capability building

• Work closely with internal teams, business users, and external vendors

• Provide advice on technical solutions and drive issue resolution

• Assist in resource planning and task allocation

• Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues where needed

• Support decision-making with technical and delivery insight

The Person

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 15+ years of IT experience, preferably in insurance

• Solid experience in .Net framework with VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services development, and Java is a plus advantage

• Proven experience in application development and insurance product delivery

• Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of insurance systems and solutions

• Solid project management skills (scope, timeline, resources, risk)

• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player

• Able to engage stakeholders and provide practical solutions
