Job Description

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to support the design and delivery of complex enterprise banking systems. The role focuses on system and integration analysis, microservices, REST APIs, SOA, UML, and distributed architectures , translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and independently leading analytical workstreams from requirements through implementation and testing. Responsibilities • Analyse and clarify business and system requirements • Translate requirements into functional and system specifications • Independently lead analytical workstreams • Challenge requirements and propose alternative solutions • Design business processes and system behaviour • Create user interface mock ups where required • Model business rules • Analyse integrations between systems • Participate in technical solution design • Work with REST APIs and microservices • Prepare UML models and analytical documentation • Conduct requirements and solution workshops • Support Developers and Testers during implementation • Support business users during testing • Coordinate analytical topics with multiple stakeholders • Work closely with Developers, Testers and Product Owners Requirements • Minimum 8 years of system analysis experience • Strong system and business requirements analysis • Experience independently leading analytical topics • Strong knowledge of SOA, REST and Web Services • Practical Postman or SOAP UI experience • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience documenting REST services using Swagger / YAML • Very good UML knowledge • Practical experience with CASE tools, preferably Enterprise Architect • Good SQL knowledge • Understanding of distributed IT system architecture • Strong workshop and stakeholder management skills • Ability to challenge requirements and propose solutions • Fluent Polish • English minimum B2 Nice to have • Banking experience • Credit or lending domain experience • Experience designing credit processes • Experience with complex enterprise banking systems Benefits • Flexible hybrid model (1 day/week onsite in Warsaw) • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
